With my whole family on board we start our travels to Kona. If all goes well we should land today at the big island.

We are all soooo exited. Our kids got up at 4 am. They seemed ready and eager for the big trip!!!

HELL WEEK 30K DE SWIM EN 5 DIAS

Las tradiciones tiene que comenzar algun dia.  Asi, un viernes cualquiera reunidos varios amigos,  se menciono una idea -HELLWEEK-de natacion.  El primer numero en ser mencionado fue 20,000 metros? 20?, no,  no es suficiente y asi nacío HellWeek.  30,000 metros de natación en 5 dias. 5 dias, 6000 metros diarios, dos sesiones por dia en Octubre en Panama. Los que vivimos aqui sabemos como complica el clima la natacion. Lluvias electricas todos los dias. Comenzo como una idea y se convirtio en un desafio y centro de motivacion para todos. Preparamos la Planilla intentando obtener trabajos variados.   No era solo nadar por nadar sino que queriamos algo que rindiera frutos. Tomando esto en cuenta preparamos una planilla que permitiera intensidad y resistencia. Cada uno de los 5 que hicimos hellweek tiene su historia, Ibon, Jaime, Fishi, Luismi y yo. Cada uno sobrepaso las adversidades que se nos presentaron, que por supuesto eran totalmente manejables, pero como cualquier  otro logro
